Welcome to Word Search, a mobile game developed by Fregram Studios ("we," "us," or "our"). This Privacy Policy explains our data practices for this game. By playing Word Search, you acknowledge the practices described in this policy.

1. Children’s Privacy & Eligibility (COPPA & GDPR)

Word Search is intended for general audiences and is not directed at children under the age of 13 (or 16 in the EEA/UK). In compliance with the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) and the GDPR, we do not knowingly collect personal information from children in these age groups. If we learn we have inadvertently collected data from a child under these ages, we will take immediate steps to delete it. • Connection & Location Data: Mobile carrier name, internet connection type (e.g., WiFi), and imprecise location data (such as country or region derived from your IP address). We do not collect precise GPS location.
• Usage Data: Gameplay progress, feature interactions, and session length via GameAnalytics.
• Push Notifications: If you enable them, we may send notifications to your device. You can opt-out at any time via your device settings.

We process your data to operate, improve, and secure our game. Specifically, we use your information to:

8. Data Retention & International Transfers

• Retention: Because we do not store data on our own servers, we do not directly control the retention period of your information. Your data is retained by our third-party partners (Unity Ads, ironSource, GameAnalytics) for as long as necessary to provide their services or comply with legal obligations, in accordance with their respective privacy policies.
• International Transfers: We do not operate our own servers for this game. Your data may be transferred to, stored, and processed globally by our third-party partners (such as in the United States). For users in the EEA, UK, or Switzerland, our partners rely on legally recognized safeguards—such as the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses—to ensure your data remains protected under applicable privacy laws.

You have the right to request the deletion of data associated with your use of Word Search. Because we do not use account logins, we do not directly hold a profile of you. Data collected through the game is held by our third-party partners and is tied to anonymous device-level identifiers (such as your Advertising ID) rather than your name or email.

To request deletion, please send an email to fregramstudios@gmail.com with the subject "Data Deletion Request" and your country of residence. We will reply with the steps needed to forward your request to the relevant providers and to remove any locally stored data.
